Delivery

  • All items are delivered by couriers  
  • Delivery is Monday - Friday
  • Delivery can be anytime between 8.00am till 6.00pm
  • We aim to deliver all items within 10 working days of purchase
  • Please include a phone number when ordering
  • You will receive an email notification when your item is dispatched
  • Items should be delivered within 2 days of dispatch
  • If your address is not mainland UK please contact us before ordering
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotish Highland and remote areas are subject to surcharge.

Returns

 

Esupasaver Returns Policy

 

We at Esupasaver manufacture and supply high quality beds, headboards, mattresses and bedroom furniture. All our products are made to a high standard and our beds and headboards are manufactured by skilled craftsman here in the United Kingdom. If for any reason the item does not meet your expectations then please have a look at our returns policy. We will replace or refund all purchases provided that the terms of our return policy are adhered to. We are sure that you will be satisfied with the product that we supply. In the unlikely event you have changed your mind please notify us within 48 hours from the date of delivery, if for any reason you are not able to notify us within 48 hours you must notify us by email within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed if notification is given outside the 14 day time limit. Please email us at sales@esupasaver.co.uk with details of your purchase including your address, invoice number and product purchased. Please also inform us of your reason for an exchange or a refund. Please stipulate in the email whether you require an exchange or a refund. Once you have decided that you wish to return the product, please ensure that the goods are undamaged and placed in their original packaging. Under the current legislation you have 14 days to notify us of a return or exchange and a further 14 days in which the unused and undamaged product must reach our factory. It is your responsibility to return the product to us and to cover any costs associated with the product being returned. We will of course endeavour to assist you with arranging the return. Should our assistance be required then a return can be arranged on your behalf provided the cost of return is met by you and paid to us in advance of the return being booked. Please note that our office is open between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and therefore all returns must be delivered to our premises within the office opening hours. Our returns guarantee does not apply to products that are returned to us outside the time limit or are returned in a damaged state. The refund will be processed within 14 days of the product being returned to our premises.

 

 

 

Faulty Products

 

 

 

In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty you will need to notify us in writing within 30 days of the date of delivery of your product and provide us with details of your purchase including your address, invoice number, product purchased and the fault with the product. Our email address to report a fault is sales@esupasaver.co.uk. Once the fault has been reported to us we will be happy to provide you a replacement part/product. If we believe that a replacement part can be provided without the product being replaced then we will provide you with the replacement part. For example if a side rail to a bed is faulty then it is our discretion to supply you with either a replacement side rail or a complete bed. We will be happy to collect the faulty product/part and provide a replacement. The product/item to be returned must be packaged in the manner in which it was delivered and be ready for collection by our driver/courier. We will notify you in advance of the date that the product will be collected. If you are not satisfied with receiving a replacement part of product we are happy to offer you a refund.

 

 

 

Please ensure that you have checked the product upon delivery. Any damage to the product must be reported to the driver and noted on the delivery note retained by the driver. You must also notify us within 24 hours of the damage to the product.
